The thing about an institution is, when asked to change it, people (all in good conscience) waver — but not us. A 4th generation business, Parsi Dairy Farm was formerly a Marine Lines icon known for its disc-shaped kulfis, ghee, mithai, milk products and celebratory Sutarfeni.
